(More customer reviews)While the material seems adequate for food bags as well as garden plants, the cutter is totally useless and scissors will be required. In comparison, the Fairgrove Twist-It for which this is a replacement has the same design cutter which works perfectly. This cutter seems to be made of a softer metal and has no spring.
