(More customer reviews)I bake a lot of bread and am always testing pans to see which work best to get a good crust and a light, moist interior crumb. These pans do very well. They are solid durable metal with a non-stick finish. Because of the thickness of the metal they bake very nicely. I find them to be as serviceable as cast iron or USA pans. USA pans are a little pricier so the Circulon does the same fantastic job for a bit less money.
I recall reading that Circulon was the first company to do a non-stick coating on cooking utensils. Everything I in my kitchen made by Circulon has been great. No more tinny aluminum pans for me. Ciculon makes great cake, bread and muffin pans. I think they will last many, many years. My Circulum non-stick skillet is now four years old and going strong even though it gets used almost every day.
