(More customer reviews)My hubby makes a pie or two almost every weekend. This board is exactly what he needed. The measurements are perfect and the surface is easy to clean. He makes all of his dough from scratch, by hand, so it was vital he have a nice surface to work on.
If you have any trouble getting little bits of flour out of the grooves, try using a cheap toothbrush. Worked like a charm for him :)
