(More customer reviews)This is a nice weight springform pan. The wide raised base keeps leaks from occurring, even when using thin batter. I've had no problem with the clip on mine; it's sturdy and works fine. The non-stick coating also works perfectly (I do handle it carefully, using no sharp utensils, and hand washing only).
While the pan is great for nice, even baking, I use mine even more for setting layered desserts in the refrigerator (japonaise...lemon mousse...hazlenut tiramisu...*sigh* Must be almost lunchtime!) It shows them off beautifully, and the shape makes them easy to cut and serve.

This is a great springform pan!It is a heavy gauge, professional quality springform pan.Use it for cakes and desserts.With a removable ring and a raised base, this pan makes for a very nice presentation. Dark finish to absorb rather than reflect heat.
