(More customer reviews)I was looking for a covered cake dome that would fit over freshly baked bread and this is it! I had originally decided to look at what else , bread boxes. They were, however, so offensive to the eye that I would never be able to place them on my kitchen counter. A lot of the cake domes are too short vertically to cover the loaf of bread and still fit firmly on the stand and besides that they are just plain glass. This unit is just lovely sitting in the corner and covers the bread that we make here at home perfectly. The fluted glass just sparkles with the countertop LED lights shining off of it and the whole effect is just wonderful.It is very heavy and stays put and it is easy to clean. Do not be afraid to add this to a beautiful countertop to make it even better. This product not only keeps the bread fresh but is simply beautiful to look at.
